My name is Faelan ua hEogain, a member from the SCA and a cartographer from the Kingdom of the West. Before starting this project I was one of many that often could be found talking around a campfire complaining on how hard it was to locate just where we lived in the SCA. For example in Santa Clara County, California there are 3 Branch groups with 2 in Sunnyvale, California specifically where I live which one do I choose? How can you tell?

With that in mind I decided to take it upon myself to help all the others asking the very same questions. Below is a collection of digitally created maps that I have made of the many realms of the current knowne world. Currently they are to a county level of accuracy, but there are current efforts to bring each map to a 5-digit Zipcode level of accuracy.

There are two ways that these maps can be enjoyed, for those that are not sure where they are or are trying to locate what branch group there local area has, there is an interactive map directory that you can use that will easily guide you to your branch group. For those that are just looking for specific maps of your area or know what they are looking for there is the individual map directory that you can use to locate your map of choice. All the maps are provided for your viewing pleasure, should you want one I would prefer you speak to me asking for permission to do such. Generally as a rule I will say sure why not, but I would prefer you ask.

If you do not find a map you are looking for please feel free to contact me and request it, chances are high it is currently in production or has just started.

Also we are currently looking for liasons from all kingdoms to help ensure the accuracy of our maps, if you would like to be a contact point for us, or can help us establish a connection with the kingdom seneschal that would be very appreciated



PLEASE NOTE: When viewing the map of your choice, you may click on the image of the map itself to be linked to the affiliated groups website. In the case that the image of the map does not have links you can follow, you can instead click on the flag or devices to take you to the affiliated groups website. If either image does not function like a link that is due to the branch group currently not having a active website. If you know of a link to a group that I do not have functioning please send me an email with the link address so that I may update any of the maps I have in current viewable.
